We are primarily a hiking club. But we also have bike trips, canoe trips and backpacking trips in our schedule.
**The Outdoors Club was founded by Roger Coco, Alan Kaye, Joe and Dorothy Lovitz.
Our club came into existence in 1978. We have been publishing a hike schedule three times per year since that time. Our organization is a Non-profit hiking club. We do not have a paid staff. All of our activities and administrative functions are performed by our volunteer staff. The Outdoors Club, Inc is a member of the New York/New Jersey Trail Conference.
