AH yes the good ole days! Remember when that new fangled disease called "giradia" entered the picture. You got that from drinking contaminated water in the forest. But now we have to also worry about Lyme Disease and East Nile Virus! Hey at least every microbe family is being represented. Giradia is a protzoa, Lyme is a bacteria and West Nile is a virus!

So make sure you SPRAY. Also some studies say mixing bug spray with sunscreen is not good. Night Hiking anyone?
